Blackstone were super helpful, incredibly efficient and sorted my boiler issue quick time. Linda’s communications were excellent and Dave the engineer, well, he was frankly my super hero. I cannot praise Dave and the team enough for all the work they do. The plumbing situation in my new house was...not ideal, but Dave has fixed each and every problem that has come up undaunted, with multiple emergency callouts. He is a really knowledgeable, professional, and decent person, and has been very straightforward about each problem, what is needed to fix them, and has been super reasonable and transparent about pricing.
