I am in Northampton and had water coming through kitchen ceiling and unsure where it was coming from. Blackstone Plumbing and Heating organised a prompt visit from Faris. I have to say Faris was extremely professional and quickly discovered what the problem was. Faris fixed the plumbing on the day so no more leaking. I am very happy with their service, plus their charge was very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend this company and will use again.

We had an unusual situation where, late in the afternoon, we could hear what sounded like a bird or animal stuck behind our gas fire. Blackstone Plumbing & Heating came through for us when nobody else could/would. Within 15 minutes of contacting them, Faris was here to remove the fire and rescue the little bird. Also, while he was reinstalling the fire, he did safety checks to make sure the fire was in good working order. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them in future and would recommend them highly.

We recently used Blackstone Plumbing & Heating to install a new under sink water heater in our office, we had been struggling to find someone to carry out the job, but David came out to assess it and Linda had us booked in quickly. The heater is in a tight spot but David installed a new one quickly and neatly. Very happy to have hot water again! Everything was left clean and tidy. The plumbing situation in my new house was...not ideal, but Dave has fixed each and every problem that has come up undaunted, with multiple emergency callouts. He is a really knowledgeable, professional, and decent person, and has been very straightforward about each problem, what is needed to fix them, and has been super reasonable and transparent about pricing. Absolutely outstanding service from Blackstone Plumbing & Heating Ltd! The gas engineer, David, came out the same day to carry out the inspection — which was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen and discuss everything I shared with him. He explained things clearly and gave me great confidence in the work being done. A big thank you to Linda as well, who arranged the appointment so quickly. Her support and communication were excellent from start to finish. The price for the gas certificate was also very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, fast response, and fantastic service.

Returned from Holiday to a flooded utility room, contacted Blackstone Plumbing on emergency call out, their engineer identified the problem, undertook a quick fix to quell the leak, and followed up with a quick quotation. Linda booked us in on a 5 day turnaround awaiting materials and Faz arrived promptly on the day of repair. We now have hot water and no leaks! Happy customer 🙂

David provided an exceptional service, from a winter call-out for a broken heater which he diagnosed in minutes then fixed the next day; to a boiler replacement and hot water tank replacement which he specced and installed with fantastic attention to detail.
